Despite requesting proper restocking, the shower products and toilet roll often fell short, adding to the frustration. Room temperature was an issue too—the AC just couldn't keep it cool enough. Moving from the spacious Room 401 to the darker, smaller Room 515 was quite jarring, especially considering the substantial upgrade fee paid for the original room. Plus, a breakfast selection that tended toward the lukewarm didn't quite hit the mark, and some amenities felt a bit lacking, like the TV in Room 401 not functioning, leading to an unexpected move. There's also a noticeable absence of proper maintenance attention, with cold dribbles from the basin tap causing delays for a simple morning routine.

Had a fab night! The place is super close to the theatre, and the staff were so professional. The suite was nice and cozy, perfect for lounging. I loved the downstairs bar area, really chill vibes. Only thing was the food could’ve used a bit more flavor. Still, the breakfast spread was spot on!

the location was super convenient, right next to the car park. the staff were super friendly and helpful, made checking in easy. the room was very spacious and comfy with a massive TV. breakfast had an omelette station, which was realy nice. loved having secure luggage storage after checkout!

also, the noise from the family in the room opposite was really bothersome at night!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to its prime location right next to Lime Street Station and the comfortable bed in my Deluxe Queen Room. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, particularly during breakfast which featured a delightful omelette station. it would have been nice to have more consistent housekeeping regarding replenishing toiletries.
